The Samsung Mobile 500 Weekend features both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series at Texas Motor Speedway. Festivities begin on Thursday, April 15 with The Dallas Morning News Qualifying Day for the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards followed by the event exclusively for Season Ticket holders, Aaron’s Fandango. Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series stars hit the track on Friday, April 16 for The Dallas Morning News Qualifying Day as well as the Rattlesnake 150 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards race. The racing heats up as Nationwide Series drivers compete in the O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 on Saturday. The weekend culminates on Sunday with the Peter Frampton pre-race concert followed by the Samsung Mobile 500 – the seventh race of the 36-event season, and the first of two Cup races at Texas Motor Speedway.
