The Texas Hardtails Scooter Show with Rick Fairless covers all things motorcycle, as seen from a "Dumass" perspective. It is a lighthearted look at current events and news inside and outside the motorcycle industry and is hosted by one of the most recognizable figures in the custom motorcycle world, Rick Fairless of Strokers Dallas. With input from top names in the business, including Jesse James, Cory Ness, and Billy Lane, this is one show any motorcycle enthusiast can enjoy.
Rick is joined by his dumbass friend Joe T, assistant Meghan, and producer Lee Harris every Sunday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Together, the four of them conquer the world of radio one week at a time, until the fateful day that Gavin Spittle discovers their show and takes back his valued airtime.
Until then, they will continue to talk about motorcycles, the Dallas Cowboys, Pam Anderson, and anything else they can get away with before their eight-second dump allowance is spent. Tune-in for your weekly dose of dumbass logic, every Sunday after NASCAR, only on Live 105.3 FM.

I was born in Dallas, Texas and I have lived in Irving my entire life. Hell, I still live in Irving, about one mile from where I was raised. I have five kids (we didn't have a TV set to occupy our time). The radio show is fun, but I have a hard time carrying fat Joe T. and ugly Lee every week, not to mention that Meghan is a Yankee white woman, and we all know that that's a hideous combination!
Motorcycles are my life, and I try to work my passion into the show. Sometimes my passion comes through, but mostly I just come across as a "Dumbass," but that's okay with me. Please give our show a try before they fire us. Let me know what you think, and by all means come visit us at Strokers Dallas.

I was born a poor white dumbass in Amarillo, Texas. I crawled and walked from Amarillo to Carrollton (it took me six years) so I got here in time for the first grade. Spent the rest of my years growing up in Carrollton -- a step up from Irving. Got my first motorcycle when I was about 12, a Honda Dream 150 (whoohooo).
Had many motorcycles through the years, and always love the custom stuff. Spent many days and nights chopping fenders, designing paint schemes, bolting on crap from the junk yard and ended up with some pretty cool bikes through the years.
I met Ricky at a bike show and from that day on, my life was never the same (two dumbasses, no waiting)... we share bike building, getting rid of our ex-wives, motorcycle trips and many years in Sturgis, not to mention both of us getting into the Hamsters.
We both have a passion for custom bikes and even though we have different tastes, we love the custom bikes we both build and exchange ideas on most. Just two buddies that love motorcycles, and all that they can become.

I was born in Dallas, Texas so long ago most of the folks that lived here were born here... now that has changed. To the dismay of my parents, I was always enamored with motorcycles and my folks moved me to the country when I was 13 to possibly stop my hoodlum ways that were quickly developing in Richardson. One year later, I stole a pig, sold her for $50.00 and bought my first motorcycle (an Allstate 175) and I've been on two wheels since.
Being with Rick, Joe T. and Meghan every week on Texas Hardtails is definitely a high point for me as the laughter is ongoing and contagious... in a good way.
Meghan is a born-and-raised Yankee who got to Texas as fast as she could. Thanks to Rick and Joe T., she's learnin' to talk Texan and learnin' to love the motorcycle lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys long walks down the shores of scenic Bachman Lake, hitching rides with random bikers, and getting over-served at the bar. She's currently accepting applications for a rich, accomplished, and extremely generous husband so that she can stop working and pursue her passion of... not working. While she never thought her college radio show experience would bring her to this, she does her best to keep the guys in line while still being the brains and beauty of the show. It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.
